Laburnum Cottage accommodation
Laburnum Cottage is a self-catering holiday cottage situated in the centre of the village of Castleton, Hope Valley, in the heart of Peak District National Park. The cottage is graded 4 stars by Enjoy England.

The cottage has two double bedrooms sleeping up to 4 people, and a shared bathroom. Both bedrooms are on the first floor.
The cottage has been tastefully converted and has numerous exposed oak beams.
Entering the cottage via the front door takes you directly into a spacious kitchen/diner, with a well-equipped and newly fitted out kitchen, complete with Smeg 6-burner dual-oven cooker, hob, integrated dishwasher, fridge, washer-dryer, toaster and microwave and a dining area with pine dining table and pine chairs.
Next door is an attractive well-furnished sitting room with two large settees, a wide screen TV with free sat also a DVD player and selection of DVDs .A range of books and maps relating to the area as well as some board games.
The room has French windows which open onto the patio / parking area overlooking the village market square, making the room light and airy.
From the kitchen/diner a set of stairs lead to the upper floor.
At the top of the stairs, the bedroom on the left is the second double bedroom, which is a good-sized room with exposed stone work and an oak beam, an oak double bed with pocket sprung matress and oak furnishings plus a 19 inch television.
The next bedroom is the master bedroom, a spacious, beamed room fitted with an oak king sized double bed with pocket sprung mattress and oak furnishings plus a 19 inch television.
Also on the first floor is a shared, well-appointed bathroom, with bath, separate shower, toilet and washbasin.
All prices include bed linen and one bath towel and one hand towel per person.
Outside there is a small patio area with space to park one car. More parking space is available at the Bulls Head Inn carpark, which is about 200 metres away from the cottage.
Laburnum Cottage is a no smoking cottage and we regret we are unable to accept pets.
The Old Workshop and Laburnum Cottage have shared access and parking on the driveway outside each of the cottages.
The cottage is privately owned and the owners are local residents.
